2. 課程報名及付款
•所有課程及工作坊的報名均視乎名額而定，先到先得。
•報名費用必須在指定時間內全數繳付，方可確認學位。
•所有費用均以港幣（HKD）結算。
3. 退款及取消政策
•付費課程/工作坊：除非課程因本網站的原因而取消，否則所有已繳交的費用均不可退還及不可轉讓。
•如因不可抗力因素（如惡劣天氣、黑色暴雨警告或八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號）導致課程取消，我們將安排補課或提供其他替代方案。
4. 知識產權
本網站上的所有內容（包括但不限於文字、圖像、標誌、影片、音頻、課程教材及簡報）均為《我想用AI賺錢》或其授權人的財產，並受香港及國際版權法保護。未經我們事先書面同意，您不得複製、修改、分發、轉載或以任何方式將上述內容用於商業用途。課程教材僅供報名學員個人學習使用。

1. Services Provided
This Website provides information on Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications, free seminar notes downloads, and registration services for paid workshops and courses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at any time without prior notice.
2. Course Registration and Payment
•Registration for all courses and workshops is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
•Full payment must be made within the specified timeframe to confirm your enrollment.
•All fees are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
•Paid Courses/Workshops: Unless a course is canceled by the Website, all fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
•In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., severe weather, Black Rainstorm Warning, or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above), we will arrange make-up classes or provide alternative solutions.

All content on this Website (including but not limited to text, images, logos, videos, audio, course materials, and presentations) is the property of “我想用AI賺錢” or its licensors and is protected by Hong Kong and international copyright laws.
